ISA programme of the European Commission which is aimed at fostering interoperability, sharing and re-use of IT solutions among European public administrations, at all levels of government.

ISA’s goal is to facilitate effective and efficient collaboration between public administrations in support of cross-level, cross-sector and cross-border public services for citizens and businesses. It does so by providing a number of ready-to-use solutions to all Public Administrations in Europe. The ISA programme is managed by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Informatics.
